Rebeka Morgan is a registered Residential Builder with a degree in Construction Management and a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. With years of experience across both commercial and residential construction, she has led projects from tender through to completion, understanding every stage of the building process in detail.

After working at senior levels within the construction industry, Rebeka recognised a clear gap — homeowners, particularly women, were navigating one of the largest financial decisions of their lives without the knowledge, tools or support they truly needed.

Too often she was called in when projects were already stressful, over budget or strained by conflict. She could see that most of these issues were avoidable with proper guidance early on.

BuildHer Collective was created to change that.

Today, Rebeka combines practical construction expertise with strategic development knowledge to help women confidently build, renovate and develop property for profit — while creating flexibility and financial independence for their families.
