What the Weekend is About

The DevelopHer Weekend Intensive is back—bigger, bolder, and more future-focused than ever.

This is three days designed exclusively for ambitious women in property development.
Three days of clarity. Strategy. Profit.

Whether you’re stepping into your very first project or scaling to multiple deals, this is your moment to cut through the noise, simplify your systems, and focus on what actually works.

Property development is full of moving parts—finance, feasibilities, design choices, timelines, trades, and sales strategies. It’s easy to get lost in the detail and miss the bigger picture.

At our DevelopHers Weekend Intensive, we bring it all together.

  • The latest economic and design trends you need to stay ahead.

  • Proven systems and strategies to streamline your projects.

  • Hands-on workshops where you’ll apply the learning to your own development journey.

You’ll walk away with practical steps to make your next move with confidence—plus the clarity to know exactly where you’re headed.

with Taeler Axton

Taeler Axton is the Founder and Director of For The Love Of (FTLO) Design, a boutique design studio dedicated to bridging the gap between dream homes and the reality of building them.

With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture, Taeler spent over a decade immersed in Melbourne’s high-end residential architecture scene. While her formal training laid a strong foundation, it was the hands-on experience of building her own family home, Adeliene House, that transformed her approach to design. Acting as both client and creator ignited a deep appreciation for the construction process, from daily problem-solving to the tangible joy of bringing a vision to life.

This pivotal experience led to Morelle House, her first project as both designer and project manager, solidifying her passion for guiding projects from concept through to completion.

Today, through FTLO Design, Taeler offers a blended and accessible design model, combining architectural thinking with drafting, floor plan workshops, 3D exterior design packages, and tailored interior design solutions. Her growing portfolio includes Gumtree House, Fler House, Napoleon House, and Horizon House (currently in design phase), each reflecting her commitment to thoughtful, achievable, and beautifully executed homes
